We carefully calculate and plan our food product range and manufacturing process. We record and monitor food waste daily: both production waste and customer waste on dedicated scales. We sell leftover food from Tuesday to Friday. We have mainly switched to fully biodegradable disposable containers. In food packaging materials, we minimize the use of plastic and therefore do not package individual products in plastic. Our equipment and facilities are modern: we maintain and take care of them, extending their lifespan.
We recycle all of the following packaging materials:

- cardboard
- paper
- biowaste
- detergents
Our goal is to halve our food waste by 2025, reduce inventory value by a third, and for half of our meals to be climate-friendly by 2026. By 2030, the target for transport emissions is 0% and climate emissions -50%. Our goal is to increase the domestic content rate by 10%.
